coaching
Our strategy coaching programmes are a combination of coaching and one-to-one strategy training. They are guaranteed to bring fresh perspectives, new insights and a little challenge. All of our business coaching programmes are based on honesty, trust, confidentiality and mutual respect. We will agree a clear action plan at the outset and, where appropriate, link this with continuing professional development (CPD).
action learning
The ethos of action learning can work very well for strategy training and development. Action learning is collaborative learning for small teams (an ‘action learning set’) who meet regularly to reflect on real work issues. The philosophy behind action learning is that the most effective learning takes place in the context of real problems.
We can facilitate the action learning sets and bring structure to your strategy development.
